Here are some instructions on how I finally got a successfully compiled version of BayesLoc:
- I ensured that makedepend was installed by tying 'brew install makedepend'.
- After extracting the installation tar file, I then went into the directory 'bayesloc/ext/local' and typed 'make' to compile the external libraries.
- I then went into the main directory 'bayesloc/' and typed 'make bayesloc' which successfully compiled within a few minutes.
